How to add Send Later to Microsoft Teams?
You can directly view the Send Later app page at https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/b393bd3e-0f03-4455-b26a-234ee95a54a4.
Alternatively, you can navigate to it inside Teams by clicking on "Apps" in the bottom left corner to view available apps. In the app catalog, search for "Send Later" to open the app page.
On the app page, install the app via the "add"-button.
How to schedule a message?
There are two ways of scheduling a message:
1) In-chat Extension:
Open up the group chat or channel in which you want to schedule your message. Under the field where you type your message, there's a small icon list. Select "Send Later" via the three dots (you can also append it via right click). A popup should open that guides you through the scheduling process.
Open up the app page by clicking the three dots in the main menu on the left of your Microsoft Teams client and selecting Send Later. In the chat tab, you can type messages that our bot will reply to. To schedule a message, write "schedule" to start the process. Step by step, the bot will ask you for further details like the recipient, delivery date/time and message content.
How to cancel a scheduled message?
If the message has not been sent yet, you can easily cancel it: Open up the Send Later Dashboard tab. It lists all your messages, shows the status and gives you the option to cancel those who are still queued.
Can I schedule rich text messages (including images, formatting, emojis etc)?
Not yet, but this feature is up next on our roadmap.
What to do if I need a specific feature that Send Later doesn't provide?
Just drop us a message and tell us which functionality you're missing in the app. We're happy to implement new ideas if they're realizable.

How to manage subscription and billing?
Your organisation's billing and subscription can be managed in the customer portal.

The customer portal shows your current quota usage based on your active subscription plan. Click "manage billing" to view and edit your billing information at our payment provider Stripe.

How can I activate users for my subscription plan?
You don't have to activate individual users explicitly. Currently, the app works on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once a user signs into the app, they will occupy a seat of the active subscription plan.

Sendinblue: newsletterGoogle Analytics: anonymized visitor tracking
On our website, you are given the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data is transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered.
Cemble's newsletter services are provided through the e-mail marketing platform Sendinblue. The operating company of Sendinblue is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of your computer system assigned by the internet service provider (ISP) in order to understand the (possible) misuse of an e-mail address at a later date.
The personal data collected as part of a registration for the newsletter will only be used by us to send you newsletter e-mails. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by going to https://my.sendinblue.com/users/unsubscribe/js_id/3wr35/id/1.
Newsletter e-mails may contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic embedded in such e-mails, which are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and analysis. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, we may see if and when an e-mail was opened, and which links in the e-mail were clicked. We collect, store and analyze this data via Sendinblue in order to optimize the shipping and content of the newsletter. It is your right to revoke this data collection by disabling images from being loaded for our e-mails in your e-mail client or unsubscribing from the newsletter entirely.

We've integrated Google Analytics (with the anonymizer function) on our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. When you're using our app for Microsoft Teams or managing your organization's subscription in our customer portal, we'll ask you to authenticate securely via your organization's Microsoft account. Due to the nature of this authentication process we won't gain access to sensitive information like your password. Moreover, you'll have to explicitly consent before any information is shared with our services from your Microsoft account. We'll only ever ask for the least privileged permissions required for a requested service while only using the permissions only for the specific service operation without storing acquired information longer than necessary. Specifically, we'll use the permissions granted through your Microsoft account for the following purposes:
offline_access: Allows our services to excercise granted permission even when you're not actively using our app at some point. This is necessary for leveraging other permissions like ChannelMessage.Send to deliver scheduled messages even when you're not online.openid: Allows our services to sign you in with your Microsoft account.profile: Allows our services to read basic information from your Microsoft account profile like name, picture and username. We use this for authentication purposes.email: Allows our services to read the email address associated with your Microsoft account. We use this for authentication and communication purposes.User.Read: Allows our services to read basic information from your Microsoft account profile like name, picture and user name. We use this for authentication purposes.Team.ReadBasic.All: Allows our services to read the names and descriptions of your account's teams. During app usage you may provide us with additional information in order to schedule messages. This includes message content, recipient and date of delivery. We will only use this data to deliver your messages through the Microsoft Graph API. You remain in full ownership of any data uploaded by you through our services, provided you legally possess the full ownership rights to the uploaded data in the first place.
When purchasing a paid subscription for our services through our customer portal your payment details will be collected and stored by the online payment service provider Stripe. The masks for collecting such data embed remotely hosted components provided by Stripe. We therefore do not gain direct access to confidential data related to payments. The personal data transmitted to Stripe is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address or other data necessary for payment processing. Stripe will, if necessary, pass on personal data to affiliates and service providers or subcontractors to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or for data to be processed in an order. The laid down terms apply to all services provided through our app for Microsoft Teams ("Send Later"), website and corresponding interactions with our company and/or employees.
By using our services you verify that you are above the age of 18 years. Furthermore you attest that any personal or organizational information provided is correct, complete and up-to-date.
Your account and any corresponding information is strictly bound to your person or organization. You are therefore not permitted to sell or sublet your account.
Use of Services
Cemble reserves the right to enforce quotas and usage limits (to any resources, including but not limited to our app for Microsoft Teams, "Send Later") at its sole discretion, with or without notice, which may result in Cemble disabling or throttling your usage of our services for any amount of time.
You may not allow multiple people to use the same account or otherwise access our services in a manner intended to avoid incurring fees.
You agree that Cemble, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate or suspend your account. You agree that any termination of your access to our services may be without prior notice, and you agree that Cemble will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination.
Use of our services is possible on a subscription basis. The billing cycle either amounts to one month or one year, depending on your preference chosen during checkout. Charges are proceeded in advance. Subscriptions will renew automatically under the same conditions at the end of each billing cycle. This renewal process may be canceled at any time during the billing cycle. In this case your subscription won't be renewed at the end of the current cycle. However, access to our services will remain until the end of the current cycle.
In order to conclude a subscription, a valid payment method is required. By concluding a subscription, you authorize Cemble to charge all fees arising from the subscription automatically to the provided payment method. Should automatic billing fail for any reason, Cemble may issue an electronic invoice and a corresponding payment deadline. Missing the deadline may result in suspension of the subscription-based use.
Prices, receipts and bills are issued using U.S. Dollar. All prices include sales tax where applicable. Prices may be subject to alteration. Digital goods are excluded from exchange, therefore no refunds can be provided. We reserve the right to consider refunds on a case-by-case basis granted in sole discretion of Cemble.
All the information on our websites or inside our app is published in good faith and for general information purpose only. Cemble does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information you find on our websites or inside our apps, is strictly at your own risk. You remain in full ownership of any data uploaded by you through our services, provided you legally possess the full ownership rights to the uploaded data in the first place. Violations to these terms may result in an instant expiration of your account and may entail legal action.
These terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Germany, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You may choose to or we may invite you to submit comments or ideas about our services, including but not limited to ideas about improving our services. By submitting any such idea, you agree that your disclosure is unsolicited and without restriction and will not place Cemble under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that we are free to use the idea without any additional compensation to you, and/or to disclose the idea on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.
